The SD-NQDG-20 all-auto-aerosol filling clapper is composed of the bottle-setting machine, bottle-washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven and filling, sealing and charging machine, in order to meet the factory's requirement of mass production of aerosol products. According to client's requirement, the equipment can be equipped with water-bath checking, weighing and label-attaching equipment. The whole machine adopts the PLC control, so it can be controlled by a whole line, or it can be controlled alone. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the filling part is made of 316L stainless steel, meeting the requirement of GMP.

Main Characteristics:
High auto-degree, few operating workers, running stably, and applicable to mass production.
The oven can control its temperature, record, check and show troubles automatically.
Washing bottles by water three times, gas two times, ensuring the bottle's cleanness and no water remained.
Filling, sealing and charging adopts two heads, increasing the output. And the electric machinery can adopt flameproof electric machinery according to requirement.
It is applicable to the production of aluminum jars and glass bottles.

The SD-NQDG-201 completely auto-aerosol filling machine has three functions ,that is ,it can complete filling ,sealing and charging at one machine ,and it can also lock the charging installation according to client's requirement .This machine has the function that it can get bottles automatically and will fill when there is a bottle and will not stop filling when there is not a bottle .The advantages of the machine are its saving manpower and saving area .It can be equipped with a protecting cover and checking-drop installation according to client's requirement .

The SD-NQDG-202 produce line is composed of bottle-setting machine ,filling machine, clapper and charging machine. The charging machine can be separated independently according to the client requirement of GMP ,and then be connected with the filling machine and clapper to use . to meet the need of client producing technics . To improve the safety factor, each working place of the machine has photoelectrical explorer to keep track of , insuring the normal running of the equipment.
